That’s very exciting and gets me juiced up!
In response to what we delivered.
Rick Allen
VP of Technology, Cricket Wireless
The dashboard displays a carefully curated set of templates our team developed based on successful previous campaigns, leveraging data analytics insights and in-depth consultations with the marketing team.
Outcomes
Problem
Cricket Wireless’s internal marketing team needed a simpler, faster way to launch promotional campaigns. Their existing manual process was slow and inefficient, often taking months to complete.
Solution
Our solution was a custom web app with a curated set of templates that dramatically sped up campaign creation, while still allowing full flexibility for custom campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Research & Discovery Responsibilities: I lead product and feature discoveries, as well as user-centered workshops, to identify pain points and understand marketing workflows. By assessing stakeholder needs and analyzing existing processes, I uncover gaps, inefficiencies, and complexities to ensure solutions are user-driven and effective.
Marketing Team Advocacy: I advocate for marketing teams by ensuring solutions address real user needs. I bridge the gap between technical capabilities and marketing goals, streamline campaign workflows, and design curated templates for faster campaign generation. My efforts ultimately focus on reducing time-to-market and helping marketing teams launch campaigns more efficiently and effectively.
UX Focused: I focus on user experience simplification by eliminating unnecessary complexity, reducing clicks, and creating more intuitive user journeys. I design interfaces that prioritize spatial awareness, familiar patterns, and clear feedback mechanisms, and I conduct usability testing to ensure solutions meet a “no training needed” standard through iterative refinement.
Facilitator: I drive cross-team alignment between technology, marketing, and vendors while working within dual-track agile to balance discovery, design and delivery. In addition to facilitating collaboration, I contribute to roadmapping decisions and help define success metrics—such as task completion rates, time on task, and user adoption—to measure the impact of user-centered design improvements.

Promos
Cricket refers to promotions as 'business requests.' Users can track the status of live promos and edit or duplicate them at any time during the approval process. To design a simple solution that works across multiple types of marketing users, we needed to first understand this complex workflow.

I wasn’t trying to call anyone out this morning but I don’t think Dan or anyone else really understands what you have done in a very short time.
Very thankful to have you as a partner!!
